Don’t be without this incredible cheese. An aged cow’s milk cheese with a distinct crystalline crunch yet possessing a creamy texture with hints of sweet pear and peach. Enthusiastically received every time we have sampled it.
The flavor of Montamore is complex and could easily be lost paired with traditional breads or crackers. Try a spoonful of Montamore on tender endive leaves and arrange in concentric circles on your favorite holiday platter. For extra flavor and eye appeal, sprinkle with Country Ovens Berry Nut Mix - a blend of deep red cranberries, cashews and pale green pistachios.
Montamore possesses the same characteristics of Sartori’s BellaVitano Gold in that it pairs well with almost any wine or Champagne.
Bon Appetit!
