Cahill's vintage Irish cheddar flavored with their own, farm-made, Irish Porter (like Guinness Stout), Kilbeggan Single Malt Irish Whiskey, or Ardagh Chalice Wine flavored with elderberry wine. Made from pasteurized cows milk (from a Friesian herd). Hand-crafted and individually blended, with no artificial ingredients. The Cahill's use vegetable rennet, making Cahills a vegetarian choice.  - 1 lb.
