Each month, Club members will receive three half pound freshly cut blocks of extraordinary cheeses selected by our cheese experts. Each selection includes a variety of milk types, textures and flavor profiles, with a special focus on Wisconsin Artisan and Farmstead Cheeses. Plus, each recipient will receive a special gift from West Allis Cheese & Sausage with each monthly club order they receive!
