Each shipment arrives with a note from our cheese monger explaining each cheese, as well as beverage pairing and serving suggestions.

Shipment & Delivery Information

Your cheese will ship on the second week of every month. With the initial shipment, we will send a letter with all of the scheduled shipments and contact information to alter any shipment that may not be convenient. All the orders placed will begin the following month unless otherwise requested in the comments section of your order. We will select the appropriate method based on delivery location and time of year. You can be assured your shipment will arrive in the freshest form. Due to the perishable nature of the cheese, we ship only the following months. For example please note, if you order the Club in April, the first month will ship in May and the next shipment will go out in September.
