What an amazing experience to taste excellent leiderkranz cheese again! On Christmas Eve, growing up - I left a plate with leiderkranz on pumpernickel (and a thin slice of onion) plus a frosty mug of beer for Santa Claus. It's my ''feel good'' food - thank you for bringing it back for us!
