If you like Morel mushrooms this cheese will knock your socks off. Try not to eat it all in one sitting.

IF you enjoy Morell mushrooms you MUST try this cheese. My cousin turned me on to this cheese from West Allis Cheese and it is Fantastic, horse radish cheese is pretty darn good as well.
