Amazing with red wine

This is the BEST cheese! Cut off a hunk of it, then crumble bits of it to eat plain, or with crackers. It pairs exceptionally well with a good, deep red wine. If you use it on top of a marinara sauce... you are spoiling yourself rotten, but well worth it. This is one of my favorite indulgences!
