We are so confident in the products we sell, we GUARANTEE if you are not 100% satisfied with any of the products you receive, we will exchange or refund those products in full!!
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, please call or e-mail us within seven (7) days to make arrangements to exchange or refund your order.
* We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or stolen shipments. Refunds/exchanges for any of these events are at the discretion of FedEx and may take up to 14 business days to process.
- All of our freshly cut cheeses are vacuum sealed immediately after being cut.
- Orders are not packaged until the day they ship out, therefore you are receiving only the freshest products possible.
- We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.
- All bulk cheeses are hand cut as close as possible to the order weight.
