Best Blue Cheese Dressing
Here is an easy to make blue cheese dressing that will make you think twice about store-bought.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayo (your choice: regular or low-fat)
1/2 Cup sour cream (again, your choice)
1-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly minced garlic (don’t use produce department pre-packed garlic, it’s awful)
6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Whisk the first six ingredients until blended and add crumbled Hook’s Blue. Add salt if needed. Add minced parsley if you desire additional color. Cover and refrigerate.
