Need a more formal cheese tray, something a little more out of the ordinary? Our Artisan Cheese Platter offers a wonderful selection of fine cheeses from only the most select cheese crafters in Wisconsin. All cheeses are cubed except for Bries and Blues which are wedged. Trays vary.

Small Platter: 1/2 lb of the following:

• Cranberry Cheddar
• 4 yr old Cheddar
• Carr Valley Select Cheese
• Stravecchio
• Aged Gouda

Medium Platter: 1/2 lb of the following:

• Cranberry Cheddar
• 4 yr old Cheddar
• Carr Valley Select Cheese
• Stravecchio
• Aged Gouda
• Brie or Blue

Large Platter: 1 lb of the following:
