I have not seem raclette outside switzerland. introduced to it in a small tavern/restaurant in geneva it was a real treat and i have sought it in the u.s. but had nearly forgotten til i saw your ad. cant comment on your version but i'm anxious to try it! great as snack with boiled new potatoes.
