I have never had this type of cheddar before and it looked interesting so I tried it. It is one of the best cheeses I have ever used when making hot ham and cheese. Why 4 stars is because although this was one of the top cheeses I have eaten it doesn't taste like anything when eaten cold. That said I definitely plan to purchase this again. If you like things like hot ham and cheese sandwiches I definitely recommend this one.
