1. All orders are sent UPS. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
2. There is a $10.00 UPS correction charge if the address is incorrect or incomplete- please include apartment numbers if applicable..
3. We are not responsible if the address is incorrect or incomplete. If returned, the order will be reshipped at your expense.
4. Looking for a cheese that you don't see - Call us, we may have it in stock or we may be able to find it for you.
5. Don't know exactly what they like? A gift certificate is the perfect solution, call us for details.

7. Shipping prices are for continental US only. Sorry - we don't ship outside of US but we'll be happy to prepare a box for you to send.

9. All cheese is hand cut as close as possible to the ordered weight.

11. Holiday Orders: Due to the large volume of orders that we receive, please send your holiday orders to us as soon as possible - preferably 4 weeks before the holiday. We cannot guarantee holiday orders placed after December 14th.
12. All Gift Boxes are sent in a beautiful wood crate - Great for presentations and displays - and the wood crate is useful long after the cheese is gone.
