Made from 100% pasture-fed sheep milk. This bandaged American original is cave-aged for more than 8 months. It is pierced similar to our Virgin Pine Native Blue cows milk cheese but has a harder body with a sweet finish. This cheese took 1st place at the 2004 American Cheese Society Competition,3rd World Championship Cheese 2010. - 1 lb.
