Order and shipping
guidelines and rules

1. All orders are sent UPS/FIS. UPS/FIS does not ship to PO boxes. You must provide a complete address; street, city, state, ZIP.
2. There is a $10.00 UPS correction charge if the address is incorrect or incomplete. You must include apartment, suite, floor, and room numbers if applicable.
3. We are not responsible if the address is incorrect or incomplete. If returned, the order will be reshipped at your expense.
4. Shipping prices are for the continental U.S., please call for exact shipping price for Hawaii, and Alaska. We do not ship outside of the United States.
5. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. All bulk cheeses are hand cut has close as possible to the order weight.
7. West Allis Cheese & Sausage Shoppe will send a gift card with your order-If you prefer personalized cards please complete the card saying section on the order form.

Holiday Orders:
Due to the large volume of orders during the holidays, please send your holiday orders as soon as possible, preferable 4 weeks before the holiday to insure your gift will arrive on time. We can not guarantee shipment holiday orders to arrive before the holiday if the order is placed after December 14th.

Summer Orders:
Due to the heat in the summer, orders may be subject to increased shipping costs. We upgrade the shipping service to ensure you receive a qualified product.
