This is the BEST cheese! Cut off a hunk of it then crumble bits of it to eat plain or with crackers. It pairs exceptionally well with a good deep red wine. If you use it on top of a marinara sauce... you are spoiling yourself rotten but well worth it. This is one of my favorite indulgences!

This is easily the best parmesan cheese produced in the United States. I love Parmigiano-Reggiano and this easily comes very close to it yet has its own distinct flavor. I love this cheese!
